User Monitoring
Our user Monitoring software provides contextual text-string analysis of all information displayed within a Windows environment. This includes applications, data, email, IM, Chat, Browser, P2P etc.
The software monitors in real-time against a series of threat libraries which contain words and phrases that relate to those known threats. When a match is detected, an alert is created which will allow a number of possible actions to be taken.
Those possible actions include:
- Warn User
- Capture Screen (as evidence), includes date, time, user etc
- Shut down PC on continual violation
These alerts can then be configured to be escalated to various levels of management dependant upon the severity, number of alerts detected and thresholds that have been set.
